Chris Beck, LMT

I graduated from Academy of Healing Arts in 2001.  I have been happily practicing as a licensed massage therapist with Spine Design Chiropractic since 2003.  My specialties include Therapeutic massage, Myofascial Release, Neurmomuscular and Thai massage.  I have been teaching continuing education classes focusing on Thai massage for over 4 years .  I am an active member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association.  I have lead several seminars including partners massage workshops at Spine Design Chiropractic and I am available for stress relieving massage breaks at your workplace.  I love what I do and I love to assist in your corrective chiropractic care protocol, by allowing the soft tissues of your body to relax and heal, while your power is turned on!
 

Meredith Kramer, LMT

 I am a graduate of Palm Beach Academy of Health & Beauty and have more than 7 years experience as a licensed massage therapist. I am certified in several nationally recognized massage modalities such as; Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, Muscle-Energy Bodywork and Healing Touch Therapy. I’ve also been involved in Health & Wellness for most of my life. I am a graduate of Florida State University College of Education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. My lifestyle reflects my personal love and understanding of health. I successfully completed the Living Foods Lifestyle Program for raw foods and I am passionate about educating others on the healing capabilities of a well-rounded lifestyle. I also have an ongoing dedication to enhance my professional knowledge of the Wellness Industry.  

Diane Stoupa, LMT

I graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA, and from Ben enjamin’s Muscular Therapy Institute’s Advanced Training Program in 1989. My training has focused on neuro-muscular rehabilitation and sports injury therapy. Much of my massage career has been related to injury and pain relief in conjunction with Chiropractic care. In addition, I have completed course work in CranioSacral therapy at the Upledger Institute, as well as advanced deep tissue injury techniques. I love having provided massage for several decades and assisting clients to become more relaxed in their own bodies, while allowing pain relief, and healing to work.
